YOUR OPTIMAL HOME is the construction of prefabricated (prefab) homes built to Passive House (Classic, Plus, Premium) standards, for single family and/or multi-family homes.
Homes may be blocked together and built 1–3 storeys high to minimise costs, keep settlement compact and use land efficiently.
All homes are offered fully equipped, including building services, plumbing and furniture.
Design, site preparation, construction, assembly and commissioning take 3 to 6 months.
All materials, solutions and technologies used are best in class, proven over time, and available worldwide.
We offer Passive House (Classic, Plus, Premium) standard homes with a warranty on construction and building services, and guarantee clients the stated quality and running costs.
Possible blocking (combining) of houses and 1-3-storey design in order to minimize costs, compact settlement and rational use of the land.
